Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the commencement of the service or project work.
Refunds will be considered only in cases where services have not been initiated. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Once a service or development work has started, fees paid are non-refundable due to the nature of customized work.
In case of failed transactions where the amount is debited, the payment gateway will automatically reverse the amount to the customer’s bank account.
